So after a school holiday full of eating less than healthy meals, a huge amount of pre-boxed meals and last nights effort of nachos for dinner, we have all committed to a new lifestyle of eating healthy.
Clan Daddy took the kitchen duties tonight (points for him!) and managed a pretty good meal basic chicken and salad.
Our salad consisted of spinach, cucumber, snow peas, bean sprouts, carrot and tomatoes. The chicken was coated with lemon juice and rosemary.
So over the next few days we will be reading more about how to cook a variety of basic healthy meals.
